The company has erected a huge campus in Delhi NCR (India). We have a world-class testing and manufacturing center inside the campus. Our designing and cryogenic process technology is based on the Linde & Claude process developed in 1930s. Apart from cryogenic low pressure technology, we procure components and parts only from the reputed European OEMs. For example, we use Atlas Copco air compressors PLC systems from Siemens. Similarly, numerous other components are procured for deployment in the fabricating. At the same time, we also comply with the WHO, Indian and US pharmacopeia standards in the fabricating of medical oxygen generating units.
Medical oxygen plant setup, installation and service
We have been in the air separation plant manufacturing industry for over 35 years. In this period, we have installed over 600+ oxygen, nitrogen, acetylene and argon plants all over the globe. We have established new benchmarks in our quest for coming up with newer more efficient and durable products. Our brand stands for reliability, quality and service. And, performance of our products embodies these traits. We deliver to our clients the pre-packaged medical oxygen plants which are ready-to-install at client site.
We manufacture and supply medical oxygen gas plants with cryogenic grade stainless steel in the manufacturing of air separation columns. It is said that column is the most important part of plant since 60% working depends on the quality of the column. However, we start working on the fabrication after the client confirms the order. After fabrication is completed, our technicians test the functioning of the machinery. Once the performance of the machinery is Okayed, our shipping and logistic department dispatches it for shipment to the address of the client.
Our medical oxygen plant set up is completely hassle-free. Our engineer reaches the client site after the arrival of the plant machinery. He inspects the land and built-up shed for setting up the plant. After inspection of the site, the engineer undertakes the setting up of O2 plant. After the setup is done, he now demonstrates the functioning of different parts. Plant operators also onsite training in the maintenance and operation of the machinery.
