Fabricating of our products is based on the Linde & Claude process, which was developed in 1930s and has since been the standard for making cryogenic air separation units. The process depends on the liquefaction of the ambient air. Separation of the air is done on the basis of the boiling points of the liquefied gases. The desired gas is distilled in the low pressure distillation column till it meets the commercial specifications. Subsequently, liquid oxygen is stored in the cryogenic storage tank. Not to forget, the factory is also provided with an oxygen cylinder filling system and a liquid oxygen pump for vaporizing LOX into a gas for cylinder filling or feeding into hospital piping system.
